DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
The Program "The New Glam Lounge" (hereinafter, the "The New Glam Lounge Program" or the "Program") will have a total duration of 23 months and the commencement of the expiration of the terms will occur from the date of April 3rd, 2024. The Program will cease to be effective upon the expiration of the term or upon revocation for cause, as communicated by the Holder at www.liujo.com. The New Glam Lounge Program shall be deemed to be subject to these regulations (hereinafter, the "Regulations"), which each Liu.Jo Customer (hereinafter, the "Customer") accepts by joining the Program. Any special conditions for specific countries or territories will be promptly indicated on the website www.liujo.com, in the relevant country extension.

TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The Program will be valid in the following countries (hereinafter, jointly, the "Territory") where there are Liu.Jo stores and e-commerce stores participating in the Program:

PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Participation in the Program is free of charge and is reserved for all individuals (consumers) of legal age registered in the Liu.Jo database (hereinafter referred to as "Customers").
Customers may enroll in the Program in the manner set forth below and by expressly agreeing to the terms and conditions of these Rules. Customers participating in the Program will also be referred to below as the "Participant."
At enrollment in the Program, Clients will be given the opportunity to give consents for the use of their personal data for marketing and profiling purposes, if such consents have not already been acquired in the past.
Joining The New Glam Lounge Program can be done in the following and alternative ways:

by applying at a physical store and with the support of a Liu.Jo operator;

online through:
-
registration form that participant can find on the Liu.Jo e-commerce site (E-commerce Sign Up Form);
-
reserved area of the Liujo.com website where it will be possible for registered Customers to join the Program;
If the application is submitted online, it is not necessary to submit it offline, and vice versa.
The provision of valid and truthful identifying information about the Participant is a necessary condition for access to The New Glam Lounge Program.
Liu.Jo will not conduct any verification regarding the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided by the Participant and assumes no responsibility in this regard. However, if doubts arise regarding one or more accounts with suspicious identities, Liu.Jo reserves the right to exclude the Participant from the Program.

MEMBERSHIP CARD AND REFERRAL CODE
When a Customer enrolls in The New Glam Lounge Program, he or she becomes in effect a Program Participant, with his or her own unique identifier in reference to the specific Program. The Participant, once enrolled in the Program, will receive a welcome e-mail containing a welcome coupon (the specifics of the welcome coupon are described below in Article 12). The Membership Card will be active for the entire duration of the Program and valid for active Participants only.
Seven days after enrolling in the Program, the Participant will receive an e-mail containing a unique recognition code (hereinafter "My Code") that the Participant can share with his or her friends and family. How to use the My Code is described in Article 11 ("My Friend, Your Friend" initiative). The My Code will be active for the duration of the Program and valid for Program Participants.

MY PROFILE E-COMMERCE
Participants who have access to the Liu.Jo e-commerce portal will be able to view their Program information in a dashboard located within the "My Profile" area, which will indicate:

membership Card Number;

level (hereinafter referred to as "Cluster");

Privé Stars obtained;
-
Reward Stars obtained;
-
benefits attributed;
-
vouchers to be redeemed or used;

activities (movement history in relation to Stars and vouchers).

OBJECT AND PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM
The New Glam Lounge Program represents a tool for promoting awareness of the Liu.Jo world, not only through the offer of products, discounts, and exclusive benefits, but through real personalized shopping experiences.
How to access these benefits, which are reserved for Program participants, will be described in the following articles.

CLUSTERS
The New Glam Lounge Program provides that the Participant can reach different Clusters based on certain actions performed.
In total there are five Clusters accessible through the acquisition of Privé Stars, or points useful for climbing Cluster, obtained during The New Glam Lounge Program (see below).
Different benefits are available depending on the Cluster achieved.
Below is the table summarizing the Clusters and the corresponding Privé Stars that must be obtained to reach the various Clusters:

On April 3rd, 2024, the date from which the Program will start, all Participants will start from zero Reward Stars, zero Privé Stars, and the Bronze Privé cluster.
Customers who have made purchases during the period from September 1st, 2023 to March 28th, 2024 (inclusive) will start from the Bronze Privé cluster but will enjoy the benefits related to the cluster they have reached by adding up the transactions made since September 1st 2023 to March 28th, 2024 (inclusive).
For example: if the Customer, from September 1st 2023 to March 28th, 2024, has made purchases totaling €300, on April 3rd, 2024, he/she will start like all Participants from the Bronze cluster with zero Privé Stars, but will be able to take advantage of the benefits of the Silver Privé cluster until the end of the phase (August 31, 2024). A prerequisite for taking advantage of this benefit is enrollment in the Program.
Thus, on April 3rd, 2024, the starting situation for all Participants will be as follows:

Starting Cluster: Bronze Privé;
-
Cluster Benefits: derived from the calculation of expenses made since September 1st 2023 to March 28th, 2024;
-
Zero Privé Stars;
-
Zero Reward Stars.
At the end of each phase, the Privé Stars will be reset, and the Participant will return to a Bronze Privé Cluster, though they can still redeem the benefits gained in the previous phase till the end of the new phase.
For example: a Participant who reached the "Gold Privé" Cluster at the end of the phase will start at a "Bronze Privé" Cluster again at the next phase, but will still enjoy the benefits of a "Gold Privé" Cluster till the end of the new phase. If a Participant reaches a higher Cluster in the new phase (e.g. Platinum Privé), he/she will enjoy the benefits associated with the new Cluster.
Note that the Cluster benefit allocated to Customers who enroll in the Program from March 29th, 2024 to August 31st, 2024 will be based on the transactions they made from September 1st, 2023 to March 28th, 2024 (inclusive,) and the Customer will start at 0 Privé/Reward Stars. Past transactions made by Customers who enroll in the Program from September 1st, 2024 onwards will not be included in the calculation of the benefit Cluster, so the Customer will start at 0 Privé/Reward Stars and at a Bronze Privé Cluster.
As from 01/03/2025, Cluster benefits for Loyalty Customers will be recalculated based on the amount they spent the year before (01/03/2024 to 28/02/2025), regardless of the date of subscription. Even for Customers who join the Program after 01/03/25 but before 28/02/2026, if already recorded in the database and if all transactions have been correctly associated with their Account, the Cluster benefit will be based on how much they spent from 01/03/2024 to 28/02/2025. The time span included in the calculation of the entry Cluster benefit does not depend on the date of subscription during such phase, but is constant from 01/03/2024 to 28/02/2025.
Here are the start and end dates of each Phase (or span or cycle) of “The New Glam Lounge” Loyalty Program:

Phase One: April 03, 2024 - August 31, 2024;

Phase Two: September 01, 2024 - February 28, 2025;

Phase Three: March 01, 2025 - February 28, 2026.
On 01/03/25, the starting date of Phase Three of the Loyalty program, all Participants will start at zero Privé Stars and at a Bronze Privé Cluster.
Reward Stars will be gained based on total spending from the start (April 3rd, 2024) to the end of Phase Two (February 28th, 2025) of the Loyalty program. Customers who have made purchases from
01/03/2024 to 28/02/2025 (inclusive) will start at a Bronze Privé Cluster, but will enjoy the benefits associated with the Cluster they reached by adding up all the transactions they made from 01/03/2024 to 28/02/2025 (inclusive).
For example: if a Customer has spent a total of 300€ from 01/03/2024 to 28/02/2025, on March 1st 2025 he/she will start, like any other Participant, at a Bronze Cluster and at zero Privé Stars, but will still enjoy the benefits of a Silver Privé Cluster till the end of the new phase (February 28th, 2026). Only registered Customers can take advantage of such benefits.
Therefore, on March 1st 2025, all Participants will start as follows:

Starting Cluster: Bronze Privé;

Cluster Benefits: based on total spending from 01/03/2024 to 28/02/2025 (inclusive);
-
Zero Privé Stars;
-
Reward Stars: total spending from 03/04/24 to 28/02/25.

PRIVE’ STARS AND REWARD STARS
The Program provides two types of points to access benefits and obtain rewards (hereinafter " Reward").
Specifically:
-
the Privé Stars are Points useful in defining the Cluster to which the Participant belongs (see table given in Article 9);
-
Reward Stars are Points that can be used to obtain certain Rewards (described and listed in Article 12).
Conditions necessary to receive Stars:
-
be active Participants in the Program;
-
identify yourself as a Program Participant at the time of purchase (or at the time of taking an action aimed at earning Stars).
Privé Stars and Reward Stars are awarded at the same time and in the same amount.
For example: if, against a purchase, the Participant is disbursed 200 Privé Stars, at the same time he/she will also be disbursed 200 Stars Rewards (and vice versa).
Upon reaching the "Gold Privé" Cluster or higher Clusters, twice as many Stars will be awarded for each purchase (see "Smart Conversion" benefit in the table in Article 13 for more details).
Privé Stars reset at the end of each phase; Reward Stars, on the other hand, remain for the duration of the Program.

HOW TO EARN THE STARS
Stars may be obtained against:

an amount spent: the Participant receives an amount of Stars proportional to the amount spent;
-
a certain action: the Participant receives a predetermined amount of Stars upon the completion of certain actions.

Gift Card: in the event that a Participant makes purchases using a Gift Card (itself purchased by another Customer), it is the Participant using the Gift Card who will receive the Stars related to the purchase.
The assignment of Stars is done differently for in-store or e-commerce purchases:

for in-store purchases Stars are awarded th day after the purchase and any subsequent returns will not be considered.

for e-commerce purchases Stars are awarded after 35 days of purchase (and are calculated net of returns).

REWARD
The New Glam Lounge Program provides the opportunity to redeem certain Rewards using accumulated and expendable Reward Stars.
Rewards are redeemable by the Participant, who has the option of exchanging Reward Stars for Rewards (e.g., Shopping Coupons).

A Participant who has purchased a Liu.Jo jean may request its customization. This will involve removing the harness present on the jeans to insert a custom-made one bearing the Participant's initials.

|
The Participant interested in modifying the purchased garments, to adjust the fit, can bring them to his or her Liu Jo store of choice and make his or her modification requests to the store assistants (e.g. changes in hems, zippers...).

|

CONTINUOUS DISCOUNTS AND CLUSTER 5
A Participant who reaches certain thresholds of Privé Stars automatically gets a fixed discount until the end of the phase following the one in which the status is obtained:
-
upon reaching 2,500 Privé Stars: 10% fixed discount until the end of the phase following the phase in which the status is obtained;
-
upon reaching 6,000 Privé Stars: 15% fixed discount until the end of the phase following the phase in which the status is obtained.
Upon reaching Cluster 5 (i.e., when the 2,500 Privé Stars threshold is exceeded), the Participant will no longer be able to use the Reward Stars to receive discounts or use the tailoring service as the continuous discount CANNOT be combined with other discounts and the tailoring service is already guaranteed free of charge upon reaching Cluster 5 (for a maximum of two times per phase).

DISENROLLMENT FROM THE PROGRAM
Participants may terminate their participation in The New Glam Lounge Program at any time:
-
On the liujo.com website in the "My Profile" section;
-
at the store Liu.Jo;
-
by contacting Liu.Jo by e-mail at customerservice@liujo.com.
At the time a Participant unsubscribes from The New Glam Lounge Program:
-
maintains the Cluster until the end of the phase;
-
keeps the Privé Stars until the end of the phase;
-
keeps the Reward Stars until the end of the Program (not usable);
-
retains Benefits until the end of the following phase (not usable);
-
Vouchers will be there until their natural expiration date (not usable).
Stars, Benefits and Vouchers will not be redeemable until the Client re-enrolls in The New Glam Lounge Program.
In fact, disenrollment does not entail the simultaneous deletion of the data collected (e.g. Stars accumulated, etc.), unless the request to disenroll from the Program is accompanied by a specific and express request to delete one's data.
Therefore, all of Participant's data will continue to be stored in Liu.Jo's database as described in the specific privacy policy.
If the Client decides to re-enroll (thus becoming a Participant again), he/she has the right to acquire again Cluster, Voucher, Benefit and Stars that he/she had at the time of disenrollment, subject to the application of the general Program rules (e.g., phaseality, according to which at the end of each phase the Privé Stars are reset).

EXCLUSION FROM THE PROGRAM
Liu.Jo may exclude a Participant from The New Glam Lounge Program, revoking participation with immediate effect, for cause, by giving written notice to the Participant containing the relevant reasons. Just cause includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent or abusive use of The New Glam Lounge Program (e.g., sharing of false generalities or information) or other violations of the Rules or applicable laws. Such a situation will result in the loss of benefits associated with participation in The New Glam Lounge Program. Excluded Participants will not be entitled to receive compensation or damages of any kind. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from exclusion from the Program.

AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATIONS
Liu.Jo reserves the right to supplement or modify the Rules taking care that the modifications made do not affect the rights acquired by the Participants. Any changes will be made known to Participants through special notices by e-mail and on the website www.liujo.com, at least 20 days in advance, in the area dedicated to the Rules and The New Glam Lounge Program. If the Participant does not intend to accept the changes made, he/she will have the right to cancel his/her participation in accordance with Article 15 above.

SUSPENSION OR EARLY TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM
Liu.Jo may suspend or terminate The New Glam Lounge Program before the date indicated in Article 3. Early termination and suspension (with their respective consequences) shall be communicated to Participants at least 20 days in advance or, with reference to suspension, as far in advance as possible and, at the latest, no later than the day before it takes effect. Such communication may be made by Liu.Jo through the website www.liujo.com, at the stores participating in the Liu.Jo-branded program or through other communications related to The New Glam Lounge Program and will includes the causes of the early termination.
Should the Program be interrupted or terminated early for any reason, Participants shall not be entitled to receive compensation or damages of any kind. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the early termination of the[P4I3] contest.

RESPONSIBILITY
Each party shall not be held liable if the failure to fulfill their obligations is attributable to the act of a third party, the fault of the other party, or an event of absolute necessity. With respect to Program-related processes carried out online, Liu.Jo cannot guarantee that they will be uninterrupted and error-free. Liu.Jo cannot be held responsible for events due to force majeure, failures and technical problems concerning hardware, programs and software or the Internet network, which could result in the total or partial suspension or termination of the Program.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All rights and obligations arising from these Rules shall be governed by applicable law based on habitual residence of the consumer. Any dispute arising out of these Rules, its interpretation, effectiveness, or termination, as well as in general from participation in The New Glam Lounge Program shall be subject exclusively to the Court of the Participant's place of residence.
